Over time, this can become an ever-growing problem.

The Run Right Program is not a structured business coaching program. It offers small business owners personalized, one-on-one guidance and business advice tailored to their needs. With the Run Right program, business owners can confidently focus on their core activities, knowing that a skilled and experienced fractional COO, Former Corporate COO, & Business Owner to guide and encourage them.

4 One-hour virtual work sessions per month.

This is the perfect plan for any small business owner needing fast access to ongoing business expertise.

Quick and cost-effective on-call access to unbiased and well-informed business-focused views on a new strategy, operational issues, revenue opportunity, or other essential business advice.

Work Sessions will focus on problem areas specific to your business needs. This is not traditional business planning or a one-size-fits-all approach. It is about the guidance and expertise needed to help you launch, develop, and grow a profitable, sustainable small business.

• Sessions can be scheduled on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays.
• Sessions will be rescheduled if there is a recognized holiday on any of these days.
• Mondays and Fridays are reserved for preparing plans, recommendations, and back office work.
